I love this city, I love it’s people, I love it’s history, and I love it’s HOMES.
My unique appreciation of the Washington real estate market is rooted in my affection for a city filled with stunning architecture and beautiful neighborhoods. I’ve traveled the world from Paris to Lebanon to Southeast Asia but my heart has always been in DC, and it’s the city I call home.
In the beginning it was all about houses. As a child, I built little towns of twigs in the moss beneath a massive oak on my grandmother’s farm. I begged my parents so often to take me to “look at houses” that my eighth birthday gift was a weekend of open house tours. I devoured books on architecture and doodled floor plans on paper, chalkboards, and pavement. So it’s not surprising to find me in real estate.
Combine that kind of passion for houses with a career that’s included Anthropology, Marketing, Management, and Training Development for Fortune 500 companies, and you get a natural Realtor®. You get an advocate with powerful negotiating skills, an agent who relishes the search for that perfect solution…in short, someone whose goal is your dream.
If you’re looking for a house or you’re thinking of selling one give me a call. Or e-mail me, or visit my website. You may find me anywhere around town talking about houses, or on a bicycle, or at a nearby yoga class. You might encounter me having lunch with my son, Cash, a member of the U.S. Foreign Service. You may even find me on a street corner, staring up at the eaves of a townhouse in Logan Circle, admiring the robust curve of a nineteenth century corbel.
With a background in marketing and negotiating, I’ll be there with you every step of the way. I’ll guide you through the acquisition or sale of one of your most significant investments using current market data, cost-to-value comparisons, and quantitative analysis.
It is an honor to help you navigate today’s market.
